Brendan O’Donoghue serves as Chief Financial Officer of Birdie Quest, overseeing financial strategy, reporting, and operational controls as the company scales. He brings a strong foundation in accounting and audit, with experience in financial statement analysis, compliance, and risk management.

Brendan ensures that Birdie Quest maintains disciplined financial oversight while supporting sustainable growth. His structured approach to financial management strengthens the company’s infrastructure as it expands partnerships and builds long-term enterprise value.

Kyle Dunn is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Birdie Quest. He leads brand strategy, user acquisition, and integrated marketing initiatives designed to drive growth across both sides of the marketplace — golfers and instructors.

Kyle oversees digital, social, and experiential marketing efforts to position Birdie Quest as the trusted business engine for modern golf instruction. His focus is on building brand credibility, expanding awareness, and supporting coaches in their lesson businesses through a streamlined, technology-driven platform.

Declan Goldrick

Co-Founder & CTO

Mark Familo serves as Strategic Advisor to Birdie Quest, guiding the company’s go‑to‑market strategy, pricing, user acquisition, and partnership development. With more than three decades in syndicated finance, capital markets, and client relationship management, he draws on a strong foundation in credit and transaction analysis to support thoughtful, scalable growth.

Prior to joining Birdie Quest, Mark held senior sales and trading roles at leading institutions including Antares Capital, GE Capital, Scotiabank, and BONY. Over his 37‑year career, he focused on originating and selling middle‑market and leveraged loan transactions to a broad range of institutional investors.

Combining deep financial and sales experience with a passion for golf, Mark helps Birdie Quest build a durable, efficient business framework to support coaches, academies, and clubs as the platform expands across the modern golf instruction landscape.

Declan Goldrick is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Birdie Quest. A former competitive golfer, he leads product development and engineering, building and maintaining the scalable technology infrastructure that powers the platform.

Declan oversees the integration of real-time scheduling, secure payments, and location intelligence to modernize how golf instruction is discovered and delivered. His work ensures that Birdie Quest remains reliable, efficient, and adaptable as it expands nationally and supports coaches and facilities worldwide.

Chris Neumann

Christopher Neumann Jr. is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Birdie Quest. He leads the company’s strategic direction, partnerships, and long-term growth initiatives as Birdie Quest builds a modern infrastructure platform for golf coaches, academies, and clubs. His focus is on developing a scalable business model that aligns technology, pricing, and customer experience to support sustainable growth across the golf instruction ecosystem.

In addition to his work at Birdie Quest, Christopher has experience in private markets and operational due diligence, bringing a disciplined, finance-driven perspective to product development and expansion strategy. Combining an entrepreneurial mindset with institutional investment experience, he is committed to building Birdie Quest into a category-defining platform for the business of golf instruction.
